At The Bradley Center, we believe caring for our employees is just as important as caring for the children we serve. Our goal is to maintain an open-position rate of 10% or less, and in 2025 we averaged just 4%. Stable staffing creates stronger teamwork, reduces burnout, and allows us to provide the best possible care.
Recent employee feedback reinforces that commitment. In an early 2026 Stay Survey, employees cited strong relationships and a supportive culture; the meaningful, rewarding nature of the work; flexibility, schedule, and work-life balance; compensation, benefits, and stability; and professional growth and support as the top reasons they continue working at Bradley.
A late 2025 Supervision Survey also showed strong employee support: 93% said their supervisor is available to them; 89% said their supervisor helps them identify and use their strengths; 86% said they are comfortable discussing work issues with their supervisor; 80% said their supervisor helps them identify and work on professional goals; and 86% reported being extremely or very satisfied with the supervision they receive.
